Job Description:

Camelot Education, a leader in providing special education services, is seeking creative, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team.  We are seeking Special Education Paraprofessionals for our Naperville, Illinois campus.

This campus provides academic and therapeutic services for children, adolescents and young adults, ages 5 through 21 with extraordinary needs including Emotional Disabilities, Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Speech and Language, Developmental Delays, Intellectual Disabilities and Traumatic Brain Injuries.     Students are supported by a team of professionals that include School Administrators, Special Education Teachers and Teaching Assistants Social Workers and Related Service Providers, such as OT and SLP. 

The Special Education Paraprofessional will work with an individual student providing academic and behavioral support in the classroom.  Paraprofessionals work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure that individualized programs are being followed and process towards IEP goals is met.

Experience and Skills:


* Associates degree or college credit equivalent
* Paraprofessional approval through Illinois State Board of Education
* Experience working in a school setting preferred
